Orbit Radio allows users to discover and listen to internet radio stations from around the world. We do not require account creation, registration, or login to use the app. We do not operate user accounts and we do not store your personal information on our servers.

Orbit Radio displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect information to provide and improve advertising services, including personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices. We do not control, access, or store advertising data collected by Google.

Radio Station Directory Data

Orbit Radio retrieves radio station information from the public, open-source Radio Browser directory service (https://www.radio-browser.info). Station metadata such as station names, logos, genres, countries, and stream URLs is provided by this community-run API. We do not own, control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of station listings provided by Radio Browser.

Streaming Radio Stations

When you play a radio station, your device connects directly to the station broadcaster's streaming server. Audio content is streamed directly from the broadcaster to your device — we do not proxy, relay, or store radio streams, and we do not record your listening activity on our servers. Because streams are hosted by third-party broadcasters, those broadcasters may receive technical information necessary to deliver audio, such as your IP address and device network information. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Third-Party Services

Because Orbit Radio does not maintain user accounts or store user information on our servers, we do not retain personal user data. Any locally stored preferences remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

Orbit Radio is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.

Station Availability

Radio stations listed in Orbit Radio are provided by third-party broadcasters and public directories. We cannot guarantee station availability, stream quality, stream uptime, or accuracy of station information. Stations may become unavailable, change formats, or stop broadcasting without notice.
