Nimex Mobile does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies for its own operation. Third-party advertisements may use their own technologies and may collect limited technical information, such as device and ad interaction data, according to their privacy policies.

2. Local Data Stored on Your Device

Nimex Mobile only stores non-personal data locally on your device, including:

Your list of followed anime

Cached schedule and episode data

Notification settings and history

This information never leaves your device.

It is not uploaded, not linked to you, and not shared with any third party.

3. How We Use Permissions

Nimex Mobile uses a small set of device permissions solely for its core functionality:

Internet Access: Used exclusively to fetch public anime data such as titles, images, and airing times from the AniList API. Requests are sent only to `https://graphql.anilist.co`, and no personal information is included.

Notifications: Used to notify you when a new episode of your followed anime is available.

Storage (Read/Write): Used only to save your followed anime list and cached schedule data locally for faster performance.

Background Fetch / Alarms: Used to periodically check for new episode releases so notifications are delivered on time.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Nimex Mobile:

Does not sell data

Does not use data for analytics or profiling

Does not transfer data for unrelated purposes

Nimex Mobile displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect limited technical information, such as device information, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data, to serve and measure ads. Nimex Mobile does not send your followed anime list, cached schedule data, notification settings, or notification history to advertisers.

5. Children's Privacy

Nimex Mobile does not target children and does not collect personal data from anyone, including users under 13.

6. Security

All data stored by Nimex Mobile remains on your device.

The app does not connect to any private servers. Its external services are limited to the public AniList anime API and Google AdMob.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the 'Last Updated' date will be changed.
